Rotterdam received Urban Future 2023

Urban Future is one of the world’s most influential events for sustainable urban development and helping shape a better future for cities. It is a meeting platform for municipal leaders, smart city experts, government representatives, infrastructure managers and top industry managers. It provides extensive learning experiences, high-level networking and an exchange of ideas on how cities can become more sustainable.
Furthermore, it provides cities around the world with access to the best knowledge and solutions in the world. This year, around 130 guests shared experiences, knowledge and ideas. Among them was the president of Inovagaia and Gaiurb to give his testimony. António Miguel Castro considered this an excellent experience and highlighted that “the future will be much better if cities are truly committed to being sustainable, inclusive and with active collaboration and participation mechanisms. We probably need to change the mindset and we know this takes time, but we need to act urgently.”
