As always, Inovagaia celebrates Women’s Day, inviting women who work in the companies installed to take part in an action. This year, to surprise you, we decided to offer a moment of self-defense. Master Fernando Costa, from the Gaia Krav Maga Academy, taught you some tips to protect yourself from potential attackers.

As always, the event also served to enhance the coexistence of Inovagaia residents.
