Gaia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem gains a new momentum today with the official launch of Scale Up With Us, the acceleration program designed to support startups during the critical phase of growth and expansion. With an intensive roadmap focused on practical results, the program promises to be a game-changer for the selected projects.

A Roadmap for Success Until the end of March, founders will face a challenging journey covering all the fundamental pillars of a successful company. The sessions (alternating between online and in-person formats at INOVAGAIA) will address critical topics such as:

Strategy & Operations: OKR design, Customer-Centric Business Design, and Governance.

Sales & Marketing: Go-to-Market strategies, Digital Marketing, and Internationalization.

Capital & Finance: Fundraising, financial modeling, and access to non-dilutive funding.

Culture: How to scale teams while maintaining the startup’s essence during growth.

Mentorship & Networking More than just training, Scale Up With Us offers direct access to experienced mentors and UPTEC’s Business Developers, ensuring each startup receives the personalized support needed to overcome their specific obstacles. The community spirit and peer-learning are, in fact, the hallmarks of this initiative.

The Grand Finale: Pitch Day All this hard work will culminate on March 24th, in an exclusive event at INOVAGAIA. Pitch Day will be the final showcase where startups present their evolution and vision to a panel of investors and strategic partners, marking the beginning of a new chapter for these businesses.
